More Fun With Wire: Fancy Bracelet Links

In this class she teaches us some brand new techniques for creating bracelet links, both with and without beads. You'll start with a brief loop-and-wrap review and go from there, learning new ways to use hooks, loops, and spirals. Bring your chasing hammer and block!

Bottle Cap Art: Doming and Riveting
Whether or not you've taken Julie's (It's) Riveting class, this morning class is a great way to learn or practice your cold-connection skills and learn about doming. We'll be creating a really fun pendant by reusing bottle caps (start saving them!) - creating a dome in the center of two caps, then riveting them together. Both of these skills will allow you to create the advanced project option offered in the afternoon class.

Metal Decorating and Sawing/Advanced Bottle Cap Art
There are two possible projects for this afternoon class - a three-layer sandwiched pendant that will build on the skills learned in the morning Bottle Cap Art class, and a moving two-layered window pendant for anyone else interested in learning or practicing their metal decorating/stamping skills and sawing. If you have been nervous about using a jeweler's saw - don't be! There's plenty of room for error and you'll be amazed at how quickly you improve! Metal decorating? It's all about the hammers! Come see the samples; you'll definitely want to make one of your own.
